What is stopping the above proposal is not just one but many. Few being:

- Rampant Corruption
- Sprinting apathy, selfishness and greed
- Funds from government meant for development and support never reaches the destination in totality. Just a small portion might be reaching. Public funds not reaching the public.
- Many who have been given the responsibility have sold themselves to big business houses.
- People have become selfish and greedy and have no concern for the next door.
- There has been high degradation of the value system and ethics

The result: Few rich are getting richer but poor becoming poorer.
